Summer Camp Programs for Girls Age 10-16
Our Muse Summer Camps offer a fun summer camp setting that empowers and encourages girls to find their voices, move their bodies, and make a difference in themselves as well as the world around them. Led by our incredible Teen Muse Team – Alicia Vickery and Susan Hall.

Day 1 Water–
Learning to paddle board and “go with the flow” sets the stage for finding the fun in uncomfortable or new situations. Being able to continue “paddling upstream” gives us the confidence to stay our course and follow our dreams and goals, even when the going gets tough.
Day 2 Earth–
In Central Oregon we are surrounded by the beauty and inspiration of nature. We will hike while stopping to acknowledge what peaks we and other people in the world are summiting. Through movement, games, teamwork and writing, we will get grounded in ourselves so that we can aspire to do great things! And have fun being “dirt girls” while we are at it!
Day 3 Air–
Today we bring all our thoughts and actions together, with awesome art and crafts that commemorate how we have grown over the week, what ideas are brewing in our minds, and how we can move forward from here to be our very best selves and Be the Change. We will spend time in the water, on the trail and in the open air for expressing our inner beauty.
